Eran Eytan, CEO . Director of “Israeli Hope in Sports” on behalf of the Office Of The President of Israel. Co-founder of Value Sports and served as the VP and professional director until 2016. Former coach of the youth national teams of Israel in basketball. Hold a B.A. in strategy and government from the Herziliya International Disciplinary Center. He coached the Israel Junior Team for the first Youth Olympics in Singapore. He is leading the training of basketball coaches at the Wingate National Institute’s Coaching Program. Eran enjoys hiking with his family and friends.

Tamir Erez, Director of operations and the Professional Division. Holds a B.A. in marketing and an M.A. in public policy from Tel Aviv University. Phd student in education at the University of Haifa. Tamir is active in informal education and coordinated the Sderot community center Under-21 division and directed emergency preparedness crews for the towns near the Gaza Strip. Having played in all types of children and youth soccer programs, Tamir sees himself as an athlete who grew up on values instilled in him by sport. Tamir lives with his family on Meflasim.

Ella Erez, CFO. Joined VS after working several years as an accountant in Intel’s financial department. Hold a B.A in finance and accounting from Ben-Gurion university and working in Value Sports since 2020. Responsible for budget management, bookkeeping, engagements with partners, cashflow and more. Currently living in Ashdod with her husband and their three children. Enjoys traveling in the world and experiencing new cultures.

Ofir Itah-Senderey, Director of the Fund for Children and Youth in Sport. Ofir is an entrepreneur and a social activist. She is a graduate of the Mandel School for Educational Leadership. In the past, she was the programs and grants director at the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews. Ofir has vast experience in team leadership and multi-sectors projects management in the civil society. Ofir holds a B.A in political science on international relations from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an M.A in Sociology and Anthropology from the Tel Aviv University. Ofir lives in Wahat Al-Salam – Neve Shalom with her spouse Omri and their Kids, Be’eri and Geva.

Yael Paz, Content and training manager. Has extensive experience in content development and training in the field of non-formal education and in the worlds of sports and education. A volleyball player since childhood in Jerusalem until today, in competitive and non competitive settings and is a certificated catchball coach. Holds a bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences and is completing a master’s degree in education with a major in sports and society. After several years of living abroad, she returned to Israel and to the field that connects sports and education. Yael lives in Tel Aviv with her partner Yariv, mother to her twin girls Roni and Libi.

Avishai RegevManager of the VS programs in SchoolsExperienced educational consultant working with youth athletes, coaches and parents. BA in management and education from the Hebrew University and MA graduate in Non-Profit organizations management. He is a lecturer at the “psychology of sports” center and lead the educational aspects of the youth teams of the “Beitar Jerusalem FC. Married to Keren and a proud father of Naama and Rani

Adi Hayile, Resource Development and Marketing Director. Joined Value Sports in 2017. Adi is a social and business entrepreneur. She holds a B.A. in psychology and education from Tel Aviv University. She is the founder and owner of the business “Made for You” and has extensive experience in leading social and educational programs. She lives in Tel Aviv with her husband and enjoys travelling, reading and creating.

Hatem Tarbia, Coordinator of the Shared Society program and senior director of education.  Hatem joined Value Sports in 2013. He leads the Value Sports program in Sakhnin, coordinates the Via Values program in community centers and guides the Value Sports program in East Jerusalem. He holds a B.A. in education and sciences from Oranim College and an M.A. in organization development from Ono Academic College. Hatem is an experienced group facilitator, project manager and educational counselor to prevent violence and racism and promote a shared society. He lives in Sakhnin with his wife and children.

Ilan Amar, Senior educational coordinator. Coordinates the Value Sports program for Hapoel Haifa. He specializes in training coaches and counselors to inspire children on the playing field. He is a coach for the Maccabi Haifa basketball junior team and has extensive experience in team training. Ilan is a physical education teacher at the Kiryat Motzkin elementary school, a mental trainer for the Hapoel Akko soccer club, and mentors athletes privately.
